Biomechanics & Rehabilitation
Biomechanics is the study of forces and how these forces affect you and your body. Biomechanical rehabilitation is the study and treatment of effects of abnormal forces on your body and how to alter these forces to reduce pain and increase joint function. What we practice at Therapyroom1 is Whole Body Biomechanics which is the Integration of Biomechanical Principles with an Understanding of Musculo-Skeletal Medicine; we then use this approach to treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
