Orthopaedic Shoe Modifications, Insoles and Orthotics

At Therapyroom1 we understand the need to find good fitting orthopaedic shoes which function correctly and look good. Historically, the shoes were designed more towards functionality rather than fashion, although the orthopaedic footwear of today is usually more attractive than the selections in years past. While many people assume that only the elderly wear medical shoes of this type, the fact is that the orthopaedic shoe is worn by people of all ages.


When you come to one of our Therapyroom1 centres, our podiatrists or physiotherapists will assess your movements and your footwear. They will then pass their examination findings and your footwear to John our Orthopaedic shoes specialist who will make modifications to your footwear. 


We pride ourselves in providing expert service producing quality orthotics, shoe and boot modifications. We examine all clients using gait analysis. Our footwear modifications treat clients who suffer from:
